VIP Meal Menu Options
There is a reason it's called the VIP package...
Our VIP packages allow for you and your group to select from one of four made-from-scratch meals to enjoy after your quail shoot! Meals are served as either lunch or dinner pending a morning or afternoon outing.

Groups that select the VIP Overnight package will also select from one of three delicious breakfast options to kickstart their day before the morning quail shoot begins!

All menu options are listed below. If you have special requests, food allergies, or dietary requirements, please let us know!

Lunch/Dinner Option 1: Fajitas
Our fajita option offers a choice of marinaded skirt steak and chicken, seared to perfection over a hot oakwood fire and served with all of the trimmings including guacamole, grilled onions and peppers, shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, chips, tortillas and dessert (desserts change seasonally)
Lunch/Dinner Option 3: Wild Game Chili
Our wild game chili has become a fan favorite. Fresh tomatoes, onions, peppers and seasonings mixed with venison, black buck and beef sourced from Rock Springs, TX make for the ultimate outdoor comfort food. Served with saltine crackers, fresh cornbread, tabasco sauce, shredded cheese, green onions, sour cream and dessert (desserts change seasonally). We are in Texas, so NO BEANS. Sorry...
Breakfast Option 1: Country Breakfast Casserole
Our casserole expertly blends all of the breakfast essentials into one fabulous dish. Made with eggs (or egg whites on request), 00 flour dough, breakfast sausage, cheese, hashbrowns and a touch of herbs/veggies, this is an absolutely great way to start off your day! Served with coffee, juice, tea, water, toast, yogurt and fresh fruit.
Breakfast Option 3: Loaded Avocado Toast and Smoked Bacon
Fresh Hass avocados, seasonings and herbs are generously spread on homemade grilled sourdough slices and topped with a fried egg. Strips of thick cut smoked bacon round out the dish! Served with coffee, juice, tea, water, yogurt, and fresh fruit.
Lunch/Dinner Option 2: Ribeye Steak and Grilled Sausage
Our ribeye steaks and grilled sausage are cooked over an oak wood fire and seasoned with a local blend that's hard to beat. Our proteins are also sourced from a butcher shop just 13 miles from our farm! Served with a loaded baked potato, fresh garden salad, and a dessert (desserts change seasonally).
Lunch/Dinner Option 4: Quail & Smoked Sausage Gumbo
Our quail & smoked sausage gumbo is obviously a signature dish. It's true, making the roux from scratch takes some time, but it's worth it! We use our own bobwhite quail and locally sourced smoked pork sausage to bring you a decadent, spicy finish to your day! Don't worry- we always make enough for you to have seconds! Served with rice, oyster crackers, garlic bread, tabasco sauce, and dessert (dessert changes seasonally).
Breakfast Option 2: Annie's Breakfast Sandwich
Annie has been a part of Quail Covey Run since 2012 and we are proud to include her breakfast sandwich on the menu! Eggs, breakfast sausage, hashbrowns and American cheese are joined together between two slices of homemade pan grilled sourdough bread to give you a strong, protein-filled start to your morning. Served with coffee, juice, tea, water, yogurt and fresh fruit.
